Welcome to Data Communications for semester 2, 2009.
Data Communications provides a "bottom up" approach to computer communications and networking - effectively covering the first four layers of the OSI model, or the first two or three layers of the Internet reference model. The remaining layers (with some crossover) are covered in our companion subject, Computer Networks.
