About this Subject

This level 3 elective unit about Application Development using the Object-Oriented Approach. The unit focuses on advanced application development in Java. Topics covered include design patterns, event-driven programming and graphical user interfaces (layout management, GUI components), applets, multithreading, socket programming and various build utilities.

Prerequisite:

equivalent to Intermediate Object-Oriented Programming
